48 hours before Spain announced that the entire country will go into lockdown mode I landed.
24 hours before the drones starting coming out, I was having the last Valencia paella from Succulent for at least a month according to the server. It's a Michelin Guide restaurant and nobody else was there on a Saturday night.
12 hours before departure, all shops were boarded up and the streets were filled with lost souls and tourists.
Memories below offer an idea what it's like to (almost) have a city all for yourself:
It's important to think of others.
Don't spread negative energy because of this, only the positive.
I hope everyone is safe and taking care of one another.
Please call your friends and family and tell them you love them.
To be continued.
